    Introduction Welcome to SM&E, a marketing website and events subscription service operated by S.Group PTY LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

    Subscription services SM&E offers subscription-based marketing and website services under the following terms:

    1. Marketing subscriptions require a minimum 3-month minimum commitment.
    2. Website subscriptions require a minimum 12-month minimum commitment.
    3. Subscriptions continue on a monthly ongoing basis until cancelled in accordance with these terms.

    Payment & direct debit

    1. Payments are made via AutoPay on a monthly basis.
    2. By subscribing, you authorise SM&E to charge your nominated payment method each month.
    3. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If the payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.
    4. Payments that are not received within 14 days of the original due date may incur an administration fee of 2.5% of the end of month account balance. In addition, SM&E reserves the right to stop work until payment is received. In the event that we incur legal fees, costs and disbursements in an effort to collect our invoices, in addition to interest on the unpaid balance, you agree to reimburse us for these expenses.

    Cancellation & opt-out

    1. After the initial lock-in period (3 months for marketing and 12 months for websites), you may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice.
    2. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [thegirls@smande.com.au].
    3. Your subscription will remain active during the notice period, and the final payment will be deducted accordingly

    Refunds & service termination

    1. Payments are non-refundable, including for unused portions of a subscription period.
    2. We reserve the right to terminate a subscription at our discretion if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

    Changes to services & pricing

    1. We may update service offerings, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscribers willbe notified of significant changes in advance.
    2. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    Limitation of liability

    1. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific marketing results or website performance.
    2. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
